Agreement between you and Magostech. As you accept the Terms & Conditions, it would be considered that you
also agree to all the policies by the company. The Subscription Plan that you order will be acceptance of
the Agreement by you.

Magostech LTD provides remote tech support services for software, hardware and peripherals, etc.
The Certified Technicians, Developers and Designers are well equipped and trained for any kind of tech
support service.
NO AFFILIATION OF THIRD PARTY
Magostech Technical Support Services is not affiliated with any of the third-party companies
mentioned in the website. Magostech does not hold responsible for third party content provided
on or through the website and is not liable for any risk associated with the use of third party content,
products and services. The trademarks, registered trademarks, company names, product names and brand names
used on the website are the property of their respective owners.

through the use of Magostech Website or by calling the Magostech phone number direct. Once you subscribe to
any of the Subscription Plans, you are to agree to all the Terms adjoined with the respective Plan.
SUBSCRIPTION TO THE PLANS
User may subscribe to any of the Plans through the website. Once the Plan order is accepted by Magostech,
a call or an e-mail is sent through to the subscriber.
THE SERVICES
The ‘Services’ referred in the Magostech website are the Subscribes Plans that are delivered through
Magostech Technical Services. The Plans vary in amount, duration and provisions. Client may subscribe to
any of the given Plan as per requirements. Accepting a Plan denotes accepting all the services offered in
the specific Plan.
THE MATERIALS
Materials are those which can be downloaded via Magostech website. Download areas, press releases,
datasheets, FAQs, web casts, white papers, reference guides, etc are referred as Materials for download.
These may however be downloaded from Magostech Portal. You must keep in mind that ‘Materials’ do not include
the layouts or designs of the website.
THE SOFTWARE
The Software refers to the computer program of any kind. This might be owned by Magostech or by Third Party
Company. The Software may be delivered by CD, download, other media. The aspects of the Software are secured
under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. As you accept any Software, you also
agree to the respective agreements included with the Software.
PLAN SUBMISSION
You may choose the Subscription Plan that best suits your requirements. The plan can be subscribed via
Magostech website or Portal or even by calling direct. Magostech is not liable for offering services
with respect to any Plan Order that the company has not accepted. Once accepted you will have your
Subscribed Plan.
THE OPERATION PROCESS:
Magostech Technical Support Services would address your query providing applicable solutions under the
Services. The technicians attempt to resolve the problems via chat, email or other means, which best suites
the circumstances. One can also avail Remote Support, which enables the technicians to access the computer
remotely through internet. However, one should remember that such support is not carried forward without the
customer’s consent.
PAYMENT
The Subscription Plan ordered, can be utilized only once the payment is made. All payments against the
subscriptions plan orders will be collected by Magostech LTD. Once you subscribe to a certain Plan,
it would be considered that you agree to all the terms of the specific Plan. However, one needs to keep
in mind that if a Term Plan or a Bundle Discount is signed up, the price available with such plans would be
valid until the Term Plan expires of if one terminates the agreement before the time of expiry.
BILLING VIA CREDIT CARD
Once you have subscribed for a plan, you may be requested to provide us with your credit card details.
Once you provide your details, it would be considered that you agree to the company’s Terms & Conditions
and accept all that the Plan has to offer. You are also to authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay
the amount described herein without requiring a signed receipt. You are to agree that Magostech will not
have any liability for non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you. If you provide your debit
card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to
such debit card.

They should agree and understand that our support shall not be responsible for any lost or corrupted
software or data. One should always maintain a data backup and disaster recovery plan. One should complete
